2007-07-20 BACL attains Notified Body Status for under the R&TTE and EMC European directives

Under the newest Mutual Recognition Agreement made with the European Commission, BACL is proud to announce its acceptance as a Notified Body for both the R&TTE (Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment) and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) European directives!  Since unifying as the European Union attaining European or CE compliance for your devices has become ever more accessible yet still often required the cooperation/contract of a European test lab in order to attain full notification status for your products.  This of course added additional cost and delay to the notification process. 

Now that BACL has attained Notified Body Status we can offer you all of the same compliance benefits of the European labs with all the convenience of close proximity, friendly professional service, and simultaneous certification to other desirable markets.  Being a Notified Body is just one more way that BACL will help you find the most markets for your product.
