Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Developing complete project lifecycle of tested products for domestic and international clients
  • Planning and coordinating product shipping and delivering to the testing laboratories
  • Ensuring efficiency of internal product allocations and other resources
  • Reviewing test reports to ensure data accuracy and format for certification
  • Assisting management in determining the needs from customers and identifying products to be added to service scope
  • Forecasting and tracking market share in product testing and certification
  • Developing new account prospects and marketing opportunities for testing and certification service
  • Providing support to existing customers and ensure customer’s requirements are in line
  • Building on relationships with new customers
  • Working and communicating with Project Management, Engineering Team, and overseas staff to develop Bill of Materials management and Standard Operating Procedure to ensure quality control
  • Developing custom analysis tools and support SAP system (ERP) implementation for database setup including data transfer, remote function design, and operating process design 


  • Minimum MBA, plus 6 months of relevant experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill level and experience with MS Office
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
