Our customers’ business continuity remains a key priority. We want to minimize service disruptions or impacts to your business. Our goal is to offer the level of quality, responsiveness and support that you have come to expect from BACL.
Multiple governments around the world have implemented new guidelines, including restrictions on gatherings, cross-border movements and so on. We anticipate further restrictions in the coming days. Our team has proactively worked with each of our critical business functions and support facilities to adapt to this new working environment while we implement our own continuity plans.
During this difficult time, we have begun introducing several options to continue supporting its customers in real time. Remote testing solutions are effective alternatives when there is limited access to testing sites due to travel bans or restrictions.
BACL is able to provide different types of remote testing solutions. Clients can communicate and stream activity via the desktop, mobile computers or mobile phone to BACL team located on-site. Results are processed and communicated regularly to the client without the client physically having to be on-site.
For essential testing activities that require on-site support, we have a few select number of team members performing tasks in the laboratory where strict safety measures are in place. BACL is continuously monitoring the local ordinance conditions in order to support our clients and team members.
