Position:          Administrative Assistant

Bay Area Compliance Labs Corp., a global leader in compliance testing, regulatory affairs and certification, has immediate openings in Sunnyvale, California.

 Job Overview

The primary focus of an Administrative Assistant in our Quality Assurance Department is the timely production of error-free documentation.  The ideal candidate is a quick learner, with 1-2 years of professional administrative experience; training will be provided.

 Responsibilities

  • Producing high quality documentation
  • Gaining knowledge of standards and test reports
  • Compiling, editing and processing of reports from test data and standards
  • Reviewing and processing certification applications
  • Continuously strengthening skills that are required for performing document related tasks
  • Maintaining the BACL document room
  • Understanding and following the BACL Quality System

 Qualifications

 AA or AS;  BA or BS; or equivalent practical experience

  • Intermediate to Advanced skill level and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to maintain a high level of professionalism, while adhering to strict deadlines
