Customer Support Administrator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service.
  • Answering customer inquiries – Preparing quotations.
  • Be able to compile, edit and process reports and certificates
  • Responsible to manage international type of approval projects
  • Support and maintain a good work environment, increase productivity levels and keep a positive attitude.
  • Provide weekly report, and provide suggestions for continue quality improvement
  • Responsible for additional assignments that may be assigned by your supervisor.
  • Understand and follow BACL’s Quality System 

Qualifications 

  • AA or AS Degree, plus practical experience strongly preferred
  • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong project/time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment coordinating multiple and changing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Friendly presence, helpful attitude, and able to work well with others
  • Can speak, read and write in French or Mandarin is a plus
